How the school keeps children safe
- Attendance marked class by class, with parents alerted about absence the same morning.
- Gate passes for early pick-up, and a check of the people authorised to collect each child.
- A visitor log at the gate.
- Transport routes and stops, and a roster of which child is on which bus. Live GPS tracking is not included yet.
- Discipline notes recorded by teachers, visible to the people responsible for the child.
Children’s data stays private
Each teacher sees the children of the classes they teach, not the whole school. Parents see only their own children. There are no advertisements to children anywhere in the app, and anything bought for a child is bought by the parent from the parent’s login.
Health and emergencies
With the student package, every child has medical cover and parents can reach a doctor at any hour through the tele-doctor service. For an emergency, the school’s helpline and the nearest hospital always come first.
Frequently asked questions
How do parents find out if their child is absent?
As soon as the class register is marked, the parents of absent children get an alert in the app, the same morning.
Can anyone pick up my child early?
No. Early pick-up needs a gate pass, and the gate can check the people the family has authorised to collect the child.
Is the AI tutor safe for children?
Ask Kavach answers only from the child’s own class and board syllabus and refuses other topics. It is not an open chatbot.
Does it track the school bus live?
Not yet. Routes, stops and the list of children on each bus are in the app; live GPS tracking is not included yet.
