Every student is covered from the start of the year. Schools usually show it like smart-class or activity fees, as a Student Welfare & Digital Learning fee. Fee rules differ by state, so confirm with your fee committee or auditor. We provide a documentation pack for your fee filings.
Parents enrol their children
Families choose the package for their own children and pay for it themselves. Ask us how this works for your school when you request a quote.

Pricing questions
Why is there no price list on the website?
Each school picks its own mix of modules, and the price per student depends on that mix, the number of students and the cover level. A fixed list would be wrong for most schools, so we send a written quote instead.
Is the school app really free?
Yes. The school app, learning videos, monthly olympiads and events cost the school nothing extra when its students are on the VidyaKavach package.
Who pays for the package, the school or the parents?
Either. The school can include the package in its fees, or parents can enrol their children directly.
Under which fee head do schools usually show it?
Schools normally treat it like smart-class or activity fees, as a Student Welfare & Digital Learning fee within the annual fee. Fee rules differ by state, so please confirm with your fee committee or auditor.
Are olympiads charged per event?
No. Partner schools pay no per-event fee for the monthly olympiad.
Does VidyaKavach provide the insurance?
No. Student medical cover and parent accident cover come from licensed insurance companies and follow their policy terms. VidyaKavach is not an insurer or an insurance intermediary.
